You begin by filling out a inquiry form and letting us know your details. Once you inquire, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your wedding vision, destination, and overall aesthetic. This allows us to understand the scope of your stationery needs and ensure we’re the perfect fit.

3. Custom Design & Refinement

From watercolor artwork and typography to materials and finishes, your suite is designed entirely from scratch. You’ll receive thoughtful guidance and revisions as we refine every detail together.

4. Production & Delivery

After final approval, your stationery is produced with trusted artisans and printers. Your finished suite arrives beautifully packaged and ready to send — effortlessly and on schedule.

How long does the custom wedding invitation process take?

The full custom invitation process typically takes four to six months from inquiry to mailed envelopes, with six to eight weeks of design and proofing followed by six weeks of production and assembly. We recommend inquiring eight to twelve months before your wedding date to give the process the time it deserves.

When should I order my save the dates and wedding invitations?

Save the dates go out six to nine months before your wedding. Invitations are mailed six to eight weeks before the day, which means most couples place their full order four to five months out. 

Do you offer rush wedding invitation orders?

Yes, when our schedule allows. Rush timelines compress the process into six to eight weeks total with a rush fee added. We encourage couples needing a rush order to inquire as soon as possible so we can confirm availability

How many design revisions are included in a custom suite?

Every custom package includes unlimited digital proofs and three rounds of full design revisions, which is more than enough for almost every couple we work with. We never charge for refinements within the normal scope of your project.

Do you offer day-of wedding paper goods and reception signage?

Yes. We design menus, place cards, programs, table numbers, welcome signs and bar menus, often produced on paper or acrylic. Most couples book day-of paper three to six months before the wedding as a separate project from their invitation suite.
